Virtual Vietnam: A VR project for veterans to heal and reconcile

Mynd Immersive, provider of XR-based digital therapies, has announced a three-year research and development collaboration with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to develop a VR project called “Virtual Vietnam: A Path to Peace” for aging Vietnam veterans. This initiative, in partnership with VA Immersive, combines advanced VR technology, original content, and an understanding of the psychological needs of veterans. The goal of the project is to create a safe and relaxing environment for veterans to virtually explore modern-day Vietnam to promote reconciliation and healing.
