The voxel game CyubeVR was the best-selling PSVR 2 game in the US and Europe last month.
The Playstation Store top downloads are released once a month and give an idea of the sales success of the listed VR games compared to others. Most PSVR 2 titles are only available as digital downloads.
Below are the top downloads for March 2024, broken down by North America and EU regions:
CyubeVR: A voxel game from Germany finds international success
CyubeVR is a voxel game reminiscent of Minecraft, but designed from the ground up for virtual reality. It has been in development for PC VR for many years and was released for Playstation VR 2 in March. In my hands-on with CyubeVR, I found it to be well optimized for the VR headset and one of the best-looking PSVR 2 titles to date.
The PSVR 2 community is thirsty for visually appealing VR games, and they obviously flocked to CyubeVR after its release: The title made it to #1 in both the US and Europe, ahead of perennial favorites like Beat Saber and Pavlov.

With the exception of CyubeVR, no other PSVR 2 game released in March made it into the top downloads. The action RPG Legendary Tales, which was released in February and placed high on the charts at the time, made it again onto the top downloads list. All other games on the list were released in 2023.
