Beat Saber drops uncensored Hip Hop Mixtape, full tracklist here

The first music pack with a focus on hip-hop classics has been released for Beat Saber.

The first “Hip Hop Mixtape” features tracks from nearly 50 years of hip hop history, from Grandmaster Flash & The Furious Five to 2Pac, Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre to Eminem and Nicki Minaj.

You can find the complete track list below:

The Music Pack costs $12 and individual tracks $2. Beat Saber is available from the Quest Store, the Playstation Store and Steam.

Uncensored songs

The Hip Hop Mixtape is the first Beat Saber release with uncensored songs, which means that Beat Saber fans can experience the songs in their authentic original version. Users are free to turn off explicit lyrics in the settings.

The Hip Hop Mixtape includes a new environment, designed to evoke visual motifs of the urban basketball courts, underpasses, subway stations, and graffiti. And moving chains of rectangles are reminiscent of trains rushing by, according to the Quest blog.

Some of the biggest bands Beat Saber featured in the past 12 months include Daft Punk, The Rolling Stones and Queen. A complete list of all music packs can be found on Wikipedia.
