Survios and 20th Century Games announce Alien: Rogue Incursion for Meta Quest 3, Playstation VR 2 and PC VR.
Alien: Rogue Incursion is the first Alien game designed from the ground up for virtual reality. Survios describes it as follows:
Alien: Rogue Incursion will be released on Christmas 2024 for Meta Quest 3, Playstation VR 2 and PC VR. It is being developed using Unreal Engine 5.
So far, there is only a teaser trailer with no images or video footage from the game.
Survios’ most ambitious VR game to date
Survios announced back in 2022 that it was working on an alien game for virtual reality. At the time, the game was also said to be coming to PC and consoles.
Survios is one of the oldest VR studios, having developed titles like Raw Data, Sprint Vector, Westworld Awakening, and Creed: Rise to Glory. According to Survios, Alien: Incursion is the biggest and most ambitious VR game the studio has developed so far.
